We offer Free Shipping to all of USA (orders above $80), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases. We ship using UPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the small return shipping cost and restocking fee.

Amazing product
Unless you’ve tried a chiller with this much power you wouldn’t appreciate the difference .
The cooling speed is incredible. We don’t leave it on all the time but all I need is set the chiller on the mobile app at least 2 hours before use. So if I’m coming home from work, or at the gym, I just open the app and come home and the cold plunge is set.
10/10 would recommend. Thanks for offering a great product and such a reasonable price

POWEER!
The chiller takes only 2 hours to get down to a temperature of 8-9C. Which is where I feel comfortable plunging. It takes another hour or so to get down to 2C, but that's unbearable for me
Easy set-up, easy maintenance. Once you go for these more powerful chillers, you will never look back. I only run the chiller a couple hours before I need to plunge.

Bought a second one for our office balcony
She works really well! I chose the Max because of how quick it cools the water. Mine cools from ambient temperature to 4 degrees (my wife and I’s set temperature) in about 2 hours.
I bought one for my team. We leave it on the balcony and turn it on a couple hours before work.
Much cheaper than the competition whilst still being a great product

Perfect Ice Bath
This combination is the perfect ice bath for your house. It combines a quick easy chilling process using your phone to adjust the temp with a sophisticated look no matter where you are placing it. It looks like it belongs. Would highly recommend as the value totally outweighs the cost.
