Shipping policy

  • Where do we ship from? 
    • United States: Our orders are all shipped from our warehouse in Chino, California
  • Who do you use as a carrier? 
    • United States: UPS, USPS, XPO or other carriers. Specific tracking details and notifications will be provided when your order is shipped. 
  • How long does shipping take?
    • Shipping: Our warehouse will require 1-2 business days to pick, pack and ship your order. This is dependent on time and date of the order placed. This is standard across all of our warehouse locations. 
  • How long does delivery take? 
    • United States: 
      • 1-2 days for West Coast states, 5–7 business days for contiguous US states. Refer to your tracking details provided for updates.  
    • Exception or delays: 
      • Shipping and Delivery Timeframes are provided as guidelines. Delays to these estimated timeframes may occur around sales periods, peak season (pre and post XMAS) and any other unforeseen situations.
      • Vital+ does not offer refunds or discounts or replacements based on delays in shipping timelines
      • Always refer to your Order Confirmation and Tracking Notifications sent via email for further information
  • Shipping Costs
    • Standard Shipping Costs are included in the cost of the final purchase price
    • Express Shipping Options may be available at checkout. Additional charges apply, review your options at checkout for delivery timeframes and costs. 
    • Reshipping: Where orders are returned or delivery method is failed, the cost of redelivery is borne by the customer. Our customer service team will confirm the amount to be passed on a case by case basis
  • Are there any duties & tax applicable?
    • United States: Domestic US orders typically do not incur additional import duties. Sales tax may apply depending on your state’s regulations.
  • Shipping Restrictions & Recommendations
    • Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: Delivery times may exceed the typical estimates. Surcharges could apply.
    • P.O. Boxes: Some oversized items (e.g., saunas, ice baths) cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is preferred.
    • Inspection on Delivery: We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please document with photos and contact support@getvitalplus.com within 48 hours.
